Redecorating

Tezuka-sama has given us the go-ahead for doing some remodeling and redecorating of the living room. In particular, I feel that a large aquarium built into the walls would improve the living room tremendously. Perhaps watching the fish swim around will help our young master unwind after a long day. I believe Shuichirou-sama may also find some calm from this activity.

I wonder what sort of fish would be suitable? I hear that the carnivorous types tend to be more intelligent and responsive to their owners.

Yanagi, have you looked into care of carnivorous fish or was your one intent to harass me?? They will need a temperature controlled tank, regular cleaning and care must be chosen if you intend to put multiple fish in the same tank. Have you thought this through at all properly?

(ooc: sorry, Yanagi, Oishi is going to name and shame you on this scheme... which requires me reading wikipedia, damn it!)

Except my butler. I am glad to hear that even if it's complete crap.

Might I suggest you start with something smaller? Not goldfish but something tropical. You can get a feel for the difficulties in keeping the tank at the right temperature and clean before you embark on a larger project that would be hard to dissemble if it proved difficult to maintain. There are few homes able to take a room-sized tank of carnivorous fish off your hands but more that would be pleased to adopt a clown fish or two. You can always extend the tank later just don't let the clown fish be eaten.

Perhaps you should help him, Oishi-san - you've kept fish for ages, and it sounds like a fascinating project. Perhaps you'll bond and stop panicking when I spend time with Renji-san

He doesn't care about the fish. He just wants me eaten. I don't think Yanagi-kun will want my help.

You never know. Perhaps you can help him decide which fish would be best suited.

[At least he'd know who to blame for the programming :| It's more of a reflection on what living thing he'd trust Yanagi with XD]

Do remember to seal the tank adequately. Kabaji will likely try to pet one.

Perhaps some small sharks.

I am surprised you don't just go ahead and suggest argonaut octopi. Their ability to detach their penis should appeal to you.

You seem very knowledgeable about aquatic genitals. Perhaps you could give me some more information?

A red parrot fish perhaps.

To be devoured by the carnivorous fish? My Seiichi, what a violent nature you are concealing.

I am merely suggesting an alternative.

They can be trained to be fed by their masters and are not savage meat eaters.

Ah of course. The prospect of consuming flesh appalls you. What a pity you cannot even limit such actions in your own home.

Genichirou chooses what he eats.
